SBA Government Guaranteed Financing is available to many businesses, and not since 1954 have the changes been so incredible!  For a 7A loan, you can borrow up to two million dollars.  The SBA program will guarantee 90% of a loan up to $1.75 million.  These loans can be used to purchase a franchise, start your own business, expand your current business, consolidate current business debt, allow you to hire additional staff, and the benefits are many.  If you are a Veteran, there is a special program for our Veterans. 

The 504 loan program allows you to purchase up to $8 million of real estate for your pet hotel and spa, or for that doggie day care/training business you have been dreaming about, and various other options.  Our representatives have the latest updates and we  are able to have your application reviewed by over 1200 government preferred lenders.  As a rule, an applicant will receive a Letter of Intent within 45 to 60 days from the time we prepare the first part of your package.  We know how to do this and each form is reviewed by a staff member, so that no errors or omissions cause a delay for your loan.
